  I took my 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Cook Motors due to the fact that both back doors didn't open from the outside of the vehicle. I also asked them to perform an oil change as well. Upon picking up my vehicle I met with Casey. He advised me that they had fixed the doors at no charge to me as well as completing the oil change. Casey took good care of me during my visit to ensure that I would be satisfied with my servicing.Due to Casey's good customer service, I have decide to continue taking my vehicle there for servicing and other maintenance issues. I definitely recommend Cook Motors to anyone with the expectation of receiving excellent customer service. Thanks Casey!
